Fountains Restaurant is Box Hill Institute’s premier training restaurant. Operating for 30 years, it has produced renowned and award-winning chefs including: Tobie Puttock, George Calombaris, Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Frank Camorra, Joe Vargetto and Curtis Stone, to name just a few.
Our quality menu changes with the seasons, and showcases the best of seasonal produce. Our culinary style fuses the traditional with the modern. You’ll enjoy a la carte and buffet dining, as well as choice of beverages from our well stocked bar.
Fountains Restaurant has been designed to give our future up-and-coming Chefs and Hospitality students the opportunity to gain real life experience during their studies. From front of house service to the preparation of tasty dishes, our hospitality, apprentice and cookery students are supervised and guided by industry experienced teaching staff.
