Ha Noi Open University is a public university established in 1994 under the umbrella of the Ministry of Education and Training. Over the last 20 years the University has continuously improved the quality of the education and training provided and this is reflected in the increasing number of enrolments which is now in the vicinity of 60,000 students. Currently, the school has facilities in Hanoi and satellite centres in most cities across Vietnam.
In 2000, the Training Centre of International Cooperation (CITC) was launched and programs with various foreign partners were implemented. Since its inception CITC has trained over 3,000 students in various disciplines. The aim of CITC is to continuously improve and diversify its program quality and delivery to meet the changing needs and growth of the workforce in Vietnam.
