Mr Timothy Wallis
Know One Teach One (KOTO) Vietnam was established in Hanoi in 1999 by Jimmy Pham and is a social enterprise that provides positive change to the lives of street and disadvantaged Vietnamese youth. KOTO operates two training centres in Hanoi and Saigon. They offer a unique training program combining personal and skills development.
KOTO offers a 2-year training program with English language, life skills development and training in hospitality or kitchen operations.
Training and assessment in each centre is delivered by Vietnamese and expatriate trainers who meet the requirements of the Box Hill Institute Quality Management System.
The success of the KOTO hospitality training is based on the commitment and efforts of a dedicated group of Box Hill Institute and KOTO staff who collaborate closely to ensure KOTO graduates complete their program work ready and equipped to support themselves, their families and their communities.
