Professional Experience

Vivienne is the former President of the British Columbia Rapid Transport Company (BCRTC) in Vancouver, Canada where she led the rail company’s three businesses. Prior to joining BCRTC, Vivienne was the inaugural CEO of the operator and maintainer of the light rail development on the Gold Coast for the joint venture of Keolis Downer.

Vivienne joined KDR Gold Coast after leaving RailCorp in New South Wales where she held various key roles including Group General Manager, Strategy & Service Development and Chief Operating Officer.

Before this, Vivienne was Faculty Executive Manager of Western Sydney University.

Holding a number of qualifications at the Masters and postgraduate level in Commerce, Business Management, Employee Relations, Public Policy and Leadership, Vivienne also is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She currently sits on the board of TPCC (insurance), and has previously served CEDA Queensland State Advisory Board as both member and chair, Australian & New Zealand Passenger Transport Board (UITP) as Honorary Vice President, International Executive Board & Policy Board (UiTP) – ANZ representative, Chair of Light Rail Group – Australasian Railways Association, Passenger Transport Committee, and as a member of the Rail Co-operative Research Centre, Academic Advisory Council Member – AIM Public Transport Ticketing – Corporation NSW.
