<p>Located 14 kilometres east of Melbourne City, the Nelson campus is the second location in Box Hill situated on Whitehorse Road.</p>

<p>Our CBD campus, which houses the Centre for Adult Education, is situated in the heart of Melbourne&rsquo;s Central Business District.</p>

<p>Our Lakeside Lilydale campus serves the local community as an active learning centre with a range of vocational and higher education courses. The campus is also home to the <strong>Yarra Ranges Tech School</strong>.</p>

<h4><strong>Escalating a complaint</strong></h4>
<p>If a student would like to escalate a problem or complaint outside the institution, you can contact the <a href="https://www.ombudsman.vic.gov.au/complaints/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Victorian Ombudsman</a> to seek further assistance.</p>
<p>The Ombudsman investigates complaints made against staff who work for government departments, statutory authorities and local councils. The Ombudsman has a team of experienced enquiry and investigation officers who handle enquiries and complaints received by the office. &nbsp;</p>
