At Box Hill Institute, our culinary arts courses include a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Certificate IV in Patisserie and they will provide you with real life experience and employment opportunities.
In addition to creating menus and cooking specialist dishes, you will learn how to manage people, deal with conflict, balance a budget, and other skills required in the day-to-day running of a business. Qualified as a chef or pastry chef, you will be ready for work in a restaurant, hotel, café or coffee shop.
