This barbering course is the ideal course to help you gain the essential practical skills to create men's traditional and up-to-date looks. This course will develop your technical skills and knowledge as well as equip you with a broad range client skills including sales, the art of consultation and how to design haircut structures.
During this course, you'll access amazing online resources through our Student Web portal, through webinars and forums, as well as have ongoing practical guidance from our dedicated team of specialist teachers ready to give you that individual support and guidance needed to coach you through your training.
As part of the course all students will be used to model a variety of techniques and hairstyles.

Full time: 30 weeks (this is a blended delivery course which will include a combination of online, remote and face to face delivery).
This course includes practical face to face classes on the tools, in our professional Barber shop and specialist rooms. Classes are held Wednesday and Thursday 9am-4pm. There is also one hour online tuition each week at a time decided by the class. This allows you to work in industry on the remaining days of the week, whilst completing online theory work.
This is a blended delivery course which will include a combination of online, remote and face to face delivery. Blended learning can involve a range of online programs and resources including StudentWeb, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Skype, specific industry platforms, pre-recorded sessions, assigned reading, tutorials, discussion boards, and online activities. Blended learning also involves face-to-face attendance at classes or practical placements.
