This is a course in using specially designed threads in a procedure called ‘Threadlift’, which achieves similar effects as a conventional surgical facelift but without the long recovery time and with fewer complications.

More and more people are choosing to do the ’Threadlift’ method as it also involves minimal discomfort as well as being more cost effective in the long term. This minimally invasive technique involves inserting a thread under the skin to lift and pull the sagging skin to achieve a desirable youthful effect. This trend is becoming increasingly popular. Our specially designed level one workshop is suited for experienced nurses who wish to carry out this procedure under the guidance of a cosmetic doctor/dentist, as per current protocol.  It is also for doctors and dentists wishing to learn threads.

Our Medical Cosmetics courses are delivered in conjunction with Cosmetic Institute of Australia and are available in bundles for specific professional needs.
