Rita will also champion the nutritional benefits as she prepares cauliflower vegetable pizza; pumpkin chickpea coconut curry; lentil parsnip walnut salad; whole wheat maple cinnamon buns; finishing with toffee apple upside down cake.

Rita Varelas is an experienced Nutrition Consultant, specialising in healthy, alternative food styles. 

Rita offers a range of courses including her popular Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Workshop, Sugar Free Baking, Paleo Cooking, Vegan and more.

This course will focus on the theme of Vegan cooking, including a range of delicious dishes to be created and eaten on the day.

Students with any special dietary requirements should contact CAE on 9652 0611 to advise. Please also mention this to the chef when arriving for the courses.

The course is held at CAE 253 Flinders Lane Melbourne in the onsite Journal Canteen Restaurant. Access to the restaurant is via a short flight of stairs located in the ground floor foyer.
