In this beauty therapy course, you’ll gain the most up to date beauty treatment knowledge and find your own beauty speciality. You will learn about non-surgical procedures including microdermabrasion, permanent hair removal, diathermy, specialised facial treatments and massage.

Successful completion will enable you to gain industry experience and then you may apply for further studies in courses including the Advanced Diploma of Intense Pulsed Light and Laser for Hair Reduction (SHB60118) or a degree in a related field.
This course is government accredited and has national recognition
The qualification is aligned with the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) level 5
After successful completion, you may wish to apply for employment opportunities as a therapist in beauty salons, cosmetic skin clinics, medi-clinics, spa retreats and medi-spas.
Completion of 25 units (13 core and 12 electives)
