Our leadership and management course is designed for people who already have business experience and are looking to progress their career to the next level or enhance and reinvigorate leadership and management knowledge and skills.
In our course you’ll explore studies covering:
The leadership and management course is designed to give you skills to prepare you for promotion in the workplace. We’ll encourage you to bring your workplace ideas and issues into class. We understand the importance of how the ‘real world’ works, rather than just textbook interpretations, so you’ll have ample opportunity to explore and discover solutions that are fit for your purposes.
Our leadership and management course also uses a variety of successful business guest speakers who will tell their stories so as to give you valuable insights into helping grow your management skills.
Assessments are designed to cement your learning and are based on your workplace activities. For example, if you work in recruitment, you could design a position description (PD) for a role you want to fill, develop selection criteria and interview questions, and then role-play the interview. Importantly, you will discuss and share your experiences in class.
You will study with individuals from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, including mechanics, office workers, teachers, tradesmen and small business owners. This collective range of experience significantly adds to your learning.
As our classes are intended to be very interactive, you'll learn a lot, while also having fun.
