You can also take this course as part of a dual qualification with our Diploma of Graphic Design.

You’ll learn to plan, capture and evaluate photographic imagery. You’ll apply design theory and develop the ability to critically analyse and synthesise relevant information. Plus, create your own folio from a range of projects including commercial, domestic portrait, media, wedding, illustrative, institutional and art photography. This will help you demonstrate your work to employers and clients.

PRE-TRAINING REVIEW

To assist prospective students to determine whether a course is suitable and appropriate for the individual needs the Institute and CAE will assess all students’ language, literacy and numeracy and digital literacy by asking you to undertake a self-assessment review prior to the enrolment.

A course advisor will discuss the outcomes of the review and make recommendations about whether the course is suitable for you, and identify additional support where required.

If you study this course as part of a dual qualification with the Diploma of Graphic Design, you can apply for entry into the Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design with the aim of applying for further study in a university degree program.
