In our food handling course you’ll learn to follow food safety programs and instructions, how to prevent cross-contamination, about correct storage temperatures, and how to follow hygiene procedures and identify food hazards. You’ll also cover identifying and reporting personal health issues, and storing food safely and hygienically, as well as about preventative measures, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and working environment. Our food handling course can be assessed in Mandarin and Cantonese. Please speak with the Institute about these options.
