This course allows you to become proficient in following and practicing safe food handling procedures and techniques, to ensure safe food handling processes are met and delivered.

This unit is a standard requirement for those working within the industry.

This course is a prerequisite for SITXFSA002. If you successfully complete both units you will meet the requirements to become an accredited food safety supervisor.
