This one day workshop in Safe Working Practice (SWP) is one of three components of the Licensed Electrical Assessment (LEA) that must be completed to gain your A Class Electrician’s Licence from Energy Safe Victoria (ESV).

This assessment will test your safe working practices whilst performing the disconnection and reconnection of electrical equipment.  You’ll be expected to disconnect and reconnect electrical equipment safely from the mains supply.

Safe Working Practice (SWP) is a mandatory component of Licensed Electrical Assessment (LEA).

You must confirm eligibility to sit SWP with Box Hill Institute prior to sitting the examination.  Proof of eligibility must be provided by your training provider.

Please bring your Analogue Mega/IR Tester and Voltage Tester.  You are required to wear your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) workwear including long sleeves and long pants.
