There are a number of circumstances that constitute a parking infringement. Including where and when a car may be parked.

Infringement Notices

The following constitute an infringement. Vehicles will be booked if:

  • Parking in unauthorised parking spaces
  • Parking in car parking areas without relevant parking stickers or tickets displayed appropriately
  • Parking in disabled parking spaces without relevant sticker or
  • Parking in non-designated areas.

Should an infringement notice not be paid within 28 days, the infringement progresses to the City of Melbourne where further costs are incurred. Should the infringement still not be paid, the infringement progresses to the Perin Court where a further cost is incurred. On receipt of an infringement the relevant fine should be paid at the cashier on any campus.
