Fountains Restaurant has been operating for 30 years and is one of Australia’s premier training restaurants producing renowned chefs such as Tobie Puttock, George Calombaris, Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Frank Camorra, Joe Vargetto and Curtis Stone, just to name a few.
Fountains is open for Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 12 noon – 2pm (booking preferred).
