International award-winning chef and Box Hill Institute alumni Tobie Puttock began his journey working at Melbourne’s Caffe e Cucina before a stellar career unfolded. He worked in Italy, winning ‘Best Italian Restaurant 2002’ back home for his Termini restaurant, returning to the UK as head chef of Jamie Oliver’s first Fifteen Restaurant and going on to a media career as one of Australia’s best known and loved celebrity chefs.

He has spearheaded the development of Australia’s Fifteen Restaurant, written two best-selling cook books, and regular columns for Delicious magazine and Sunday Life. He still writes for Delicious and is working on his third book with Penguin and developing his latest TV program.
