Fountains Restaurant is Box Hill Institute’s premier training restaurant. Operating for 30 years, it has produced renowned and award-winning chefs including Tobie Puttock, George Calombaris, Guy Grossi, Adam D’Sylva, Frank Camorra, Joe Vargetto and Curtis Stone, to name just a few.
Our quality menu changes with the seasons and showcases the best of seasonal produce. Our culinary style fuses the traditional with the modern. You’ll enjoy a la carte and buffet dining, as well as a choice of beverages from our well-stocked bar.
Fountains Restaurant has been designed to give our future up-and-coming Chefs and Hospitality students the opportunity to gain real-life experience during their studies. From front-of-house service to the preparation of tasty dishes, our hospitality, apprentice and cookery students are supervised and guided by industry experienced teaching staff.
