Personal and Educational counselling is available for all students enrolled at Box Hill Institute and CAE free of charge. The counselling service operates across all campuses. Counsellors work with students individually or through group programs to help them perform at their best and make the most of their studies.

With the support of the Victorian Government, Box Hill Institute offers three one-stop-shop Skills and Jobs Centres based around Melbourne for students looking to start training, employees wanting to re-skill or retrain, and for employers wanting to meet workforce needs.

Each campus has a student lounge where you can eat, chat, watch TV or play games such as billiards, video games, etc. There are fridges, a kitchenette and microwave ovens.

We also have facility to support students who have small children. If you are a breastfeeding mother or need to express milk during your time on campus, there is a room allocated at Elgar Campus for this purpose.
