Project Description

  • to increase operational efficiency of the hotel by engaging junior managers in a leadership program specific to the policies and procedures of the resort.


BHI’s role

  • development of curriculum with action learning projects based on Six Sigma principles and practices
  • program delivery with face-to-face training and distance learning programs over 6 months
  • implementation of a mentoring scheme for trainees using members of the senior management team
  • implementation of Sheraton policies and procedures in the course structure
  • development of experiential learning strategies that targeted relevancy and currency of workplace practice.
