Project Description

  • Grand Lisboa is an integrated resort hotel. The resort hotel houses a hotel, casino, premium retail shops, and restaurants
  • assistance was sought to ensure operations staff were adequately trained and training staff were equipped provide future training.


BHI’s role

  • conducted two non-accredited programs on guest services customised for Hotel Lisboa and using their own SOPs to over 1500 staff
  • managed, coordinated and developed a Certificate IV Training and Assessment for Hotel Lisboa training staff. This included action learning training and assessment strategies.
