Competing at the Victorian state finals of the Aus-Tafe Culinary Championship, second year apprentice Ryan Samuel Cosentino won the Silver medal, and third year apprentice Sue Elliot won the Bronze.
They competed against students from each Victorian TAFE.
The Aus-Tafe Culinary Trophy is the only culinary event in Australia which is open to 1st, 2nd, 3rd Year apprentice chefs, students of Certificate II in Kitchen Operations, and those studying the Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery. Ryan and Sue competed against students from all the Victorian TAFEs.
