Phased Return to Campus Update #3

2020-05-19

Increased student numbers of students are attending the Box Hill and Lilydale campuses for practical classes this week and all students invited to attend a class on campus are undergoing a daily screening and must sign a student declaration to ensure the health and safety of all students on campus.

Strict social distancing measures are in place, hand sanitiser is available, and reminders are being made to wash hands frequently and wipe down any equipment being used.

Students with underlying health conditions or in high risk categories that make them vulnerable are not required to return to campus, in line with the advice provided by the Department of Health and Human Services - COVID 19 Information.

Wellbeing

As the nature of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak evolves and we continue to be more confined to our homes, health and wellbeing should be a priority. The following organisations have web pages with advice on looking after your mental health:

Feedback

While we are working through this phased transition to campus, we are encouraging students to share feedback with us about our processes and procedures on campus in response to COVID-19.
