Can anyone attend Open Day?

Anyone can attend no matter where you are in the world! 
If you're thinking of studying at TAFE next year or in the future, then the Virtual Open Day is perfect for you. Most of our visitors are Year 10, 11 and 12 students, but we really encourage parents, brothers, sisters, friends or anyone involved in your study journey to join us too. Everyone is welcome.

As a parent, how can I help my child find the right course?

We understand how important it is for you to help your child find the right course for them and their future career. Box Hill Institute has three Skills and Job Centres across Melbourne whose staff are available to chat about possible options.

They will be able to help you with questions such as:

• What career is right for my child?
• What training is right for my child?
• How do they get started?
• What is the right job for my child?
• How do they get started if they want to enter a trade?

How do I log in?

Every day is Open Day so simply head to openday.boxhill.edu.au to access the platform and create an account.

I forgot my password. Can I reset it?

Yes! Simply head to the Open Day log in page and click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link. Enter the same email address that you used to login for Open Day, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. 

What device and browser should I use? Is a webcam required?

Got a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile – you’ll be able to log in with any device with any browser and access the platform. A webcam is not required to participate.
