BHI Staff with active network accounts can reset their password at any time via the BHI password reset portal.

This is dependent on having previously configured your self-service password reset verification options.

 

If you have not configured your self-service password reset options you will need to contact the IT Service Desk on 03 9286 9465 Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm.
