The Nelson campus gym is set up to reflect fitness industry standards. It is typical of boutique style personal training studios with a mixture of resistance machines, plyometric boxes, a rig for deadlifts and squats, resistance balls and bands, weights, battling ropes, and climbing ropes. The gym has the emphasis on functional training, but also has spin bikes and rowing machines for cardio.
