Located 14 kilometres east of Melbourne City, the Elgar campus can be found on Elgar Rd in Box Hill.

Located 14 kilometres east of Melbourne City, the Nelson campus is the second location in Box Hill situated on Whitehorse Road.

Located 15 kilometres east of Melbourne City, the Whitehorse campus can be found on Whitehorse Road in Box Hill.

Our CBD campus is co-located with the Centre for Adult Education in the heart of Melbourne&rsquo;s Central Business District.

Our Lakeside Lilydale campus serves the local community as an active learning centre with a range of vocational and higher education courses. The campus is also home to the Yarra Ranges Tech School.

At Box Hill Institute, some of our proudest stories come from the courageous and passionate changemakers who choose to explore new industries and careers. And that is the story of Sagir.&nbsp;
&ldquo;I was a chef for over 10 years and when I left, I was the head chef of a good restaurant,&rdquo; Sagir said.
&ldquo;It (being a chef) was creative, but I didn&rsquo;t feel as fulfilled as I wanted and the hours were really long.&rdquo;&nbsp;
Sagir&rsquo;s wife is a fine arts teacher and the couple dreamed of creating a line of clothing together, so Sagir followed his passion and dove into a Bachelor of Fashion at Box Hill Institute.
&ldquo;My teachers were amazing, and the space and facilities we had to work with were so good. We could go in at any time to work on our projects which really helps because you never know when inspiration will strike.&rdquo;&nbsp;
Sagir&rsquo;s courage, talent, and hard work paid off. In his final year, his denim range was accepted into the Melbourne International Fashion show, and he was subsequently offered a job at the renowned local clothing brand, Mitch Dowd.
