Creativity Plus

The Box Hill Campus – Nelson is a hub of creativity housing housing professional music studios and performance spaces, a design hub, a Cyber Security Operations Centre, and more. At this campus, fashion, graphic design, photography, IT and music students join together in imaginative projects, collaborating to enhance their offerings and expand their career opportunities.

Parking Information

Paid parking is available at Ace Parking, 990 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill (under the Tax Office building). Standard rates apply.

Campus Security

Security is on site 7am to midnight, Monday to Friday, and 7am to 5pm on Saturday.

Parent Support

Breastfeeding Mothers

If you are a breastfeeding mother or need to express milk during your time on campus, there is a room allocated at each location for this purpose.

Prayer Rooms

There is a prayer room at each campus. Students are welcome to use the room for prayer, mediation or quiet contemplation.

At the Nelson Campus N1.G18. Entrance is via swipe access and a pass can be obtained by contacting Student Life.

Creative Design Hub

Box Hill Institute’s Creative Design Hub, located at our Nelson Campus, provides first-class leadership by showcasing best practices, support, and training in the vibrant world of design. The space offers photography and graphic design students the ability to collaborate with aspiring fashion designers, and includes sewing rooms, patternmaking tables, CAD rooms and a photographic studio.
