The academic year is January to June (Semester 1) and July to December (Semester 2). Each semester is divided into two terms.
All courses start in January. Some courses also have a July intake.
Box Hill Institute is open from Monday to Friday. Generally your classes will commence between 8.00am and 9.00am, concluding by 5.00pm however in many courses there are evening classes and weekend classes.
A new Confirmation of Enrolment Extension can only be issued in very limited circumstances. You must read this application form carefully and provide all required supporting documentation.
Use the Change a Course Form to change course or to continue with additional courses.
This form is to be used by international students if you wish to apply to put your studies temporarily on hold. As leave of absence may affect your visa, you are advised to contact International Student Services prior to completing this Leave of Absence Form.
