Our graduation ceremonies are a wonderful time to reflect on what you have achieved and share this important milestone with classmates, teachers, family, friends and all the people who have supported you in your study.

Are you ready to graduate?

To graduate, you must be eligible. You can use this checklist to make sure you’re ready.

  1. Have you passed all your required units?
You must pass all the core and elective units of your course, and complete any other requirements, such as work placement (if relevant).

  2. Are your contact details up to date?
If your contact details have changed since you enrolled, please let us know by filling out and submitting the contact details form below.

  3. Have you completed and submitted an awards application to your teaching faculty?
Speak with your course coordinator if you are unsure about this.

  4. Do we have your Unique Student Identifier (USI)?
Our Student Administration team will be in contact with you if your Unique Student Identifier is missing. Please make sure you provide this information because no USI means no certificate!

  5. Have you paid all your fees and fines?
You will have to pay any outstanding fees and fines before graduation. If you are unsure, please email

  6. Do you have any recognition of prior learning or credit transfers from other studies?
Please contact your course coordinator if you are unsure about this.
