Statement of Tuition Assurance

Box Hill Institute is required to comply with both VET tuition assurance requirements as described in the VET Student Loans Act 2016, and higher education tuition assurance requirements as described in the Higher Education Student Support Act 2003, unless exempted from these requirements by the Commonwealth Department of Education and Training.

VET tuition assurance arrangements are designed to protect domestic VET students in the event that Box Hill Institute ceases to be able to provide a course of study, in which a student is enrolled.

Higher Education tuition assurance arrangements are designed to protect domestic higher education/degree students in the event that Box Hill Institute ceases to be able to provide a course of study, in which a student is enrolled.
