Amora Hotel Industry Visit - Hospitality Management

Our students in the Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree recently went on an industry visit to the Amora Riverwalk Hotel, overlooking the banks of the Yarra River in Richmond.

Accompanied by lecturers Sean Jones and Nakarin Chalapati, students met with Hotel Manager Tim Bilston and Senior Sales Manager Michele Kinnear to learn and discover more about different hotel operations.

Tim and staff were fantastic, giving our students’ a first-hand, practical understanding of accommodation, dining and bar service, managing hotel finances and running weddings and corporate events at the hotel.
