What is a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery?

A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is a course designed to prepare you to be a supervisor or team leader in the kitchen. You'll gain the skills and confidence to operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.

What is a Diploma in Hospitality Management?

A Diploma of Hospitality Management has 3 streams:

  1. Bars, Hotels and Restaurants
  2. Commercial Cookery
  3. Patisserie.

If you are a highly skilled senior operator in the hospitality industry, each course will give you the skills and knowledge required to advance your career.

What is patisserie course?

A patisserie course is designed to give you comprehensive training in all aspects of pastry skills. 

How long is a pastry chef course?

A Certificate III in Patisserie is completed in 12 months full time. A Certificate IV in Patisserie is completed in 6 months (after successful completion of the Certificate III)

What is a Certificate III in Hospitality?

A Certificate III in Hospitality is a traineeship designed to help you develop your food preparation and cookery skills. 

How long does it take to complete a Certificate III in Hospitality?

A Certificate III in Hospitality is completed in 1 year part time.
