This course will help you to improve your employability and work readiness skills so that you can explore supported or open employment, volunteer work, or further vocational education pathways.

This course is intended for post compulsory school age learners with evidence of a permanent cognitive and/or intellectual disability. Before an offer to enrol is made, we will need to discuss if the course is the best option for you. We will invite you and your parent or carer to meet with us so that we can understand your needs, then you will complete a paper based literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre training review.
There are no formal qualifications from this course, however many students do choose to enrol into Certificate II in Work Education. You may also pathway into employment or other non accredited training programs.

The qualification is aligned with the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) level 1
This training is provided with funds made available by the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments.
Additional fees are payable for activities. Activity fees are $885.60 (or $158 for concession card holders). Activity fees are indicative at the time of publication and may be subject to change at the time of enrolment into these activities.
